Terms of Sale

About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on alrawiperfumes.com with ALRAWI, an independent perfume retailer in the Middle East. By placing an order you accept them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our perfumes

Every perfume we sell is genuine. We source from trusted outlet and clearance channels, which is how we can offer prices below retail. Some perfumes from outlet stock arrive without their original box; this does not affect the perfume.

Photographs on the website show the perfume and may differ slightly from the bottle or packaging you receive.

Brand names and logos belong to their owners. ALRAWI is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the houses it offers.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change. The price of your order is the price shown when you place it, and we confirm it with you before delivery.

If you order three or more perfumes, you may ask us for a discount on WhatsApp.

Your order

Placing an order sends us a request; no payment is taken on the website. We contact you to confirm the perfumes, the total, payment and delivery. Your order is accepted once we confirm it with you.

If a perfume is unavailable or a price was shown in error, we will tell you, and you can change or cancel your order.

If you add your order to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, the pass is there for your convenience: it follows your order as we update it, and where the two differ, the order as we confirm it with you prevails.

Delivery

We agree the delivery address, time and any delivery charge with you when we confirm your order.

Guarantee, returns and refunds

Every order is covered by our 3-day guarantee. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains how it works.

Cancelling

You can cancel an order at no cost before it is delivered, by telling us on WhatsApp or by email.
