Every order is covered by a 3-day guarantee. If anything is wrong with your order, tell us within 3 days of receiving it and we will put it right.
What it covers
A perfume that arrives damaged or leaking, a perfume that is not the one you ordered, or any doubt about a perfume’s authenticity.
A missing original box on outlet stock is not a fault; we tell you about it before you order.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp at +974 3323 9353 or write to support@alrawiperfumes.com within 3 days of delivery, with your order reference and, if you can, a photo.
What happens next
We review your request and agree the solution with you: a replacement or a refund.
Refunds are made in the same way you paid, unless we agree another way with you.
Opened perfumes
For hygiene reasons, a perfume that has been opened or used can be returned only if it is faulty or not as described.
If you change your mind
You can cancel free of charge before delivery. After delivery, contact us within 3 days and we will look at it with you; unopened perfumes in their original condition are the easiest to accept.
